Is Iris + Beau MLM?
Iris + Beau is not an MLM.
Iris + Beau has an “Ambassador” program which offers those who sign up a 25% one-time welcome discount, a discount code to share with family and friends, and the chance to win giveaways and free products.
This differs from a multi-level marketing company as there is no benefit to encouraging others to become Iris + Beau ambassadors.
In the MLM world, this would be referred to as “building a downline” or “recruiting a team” and it’s an integral part of the multi-level marketing business model.
Iris + Beau MLM Connections
While Iris + Beau does not currently employ the MLM business model, the company’s co-founder, Whitney Rose, has close ties to the multi-level marketing world.
Prior to founding Iris + Beau, Whitney Rose worked in Regional Events and Recognition for Nu Skin, from August 2007 to November 2009.
Nu Skin is one of the largest MLM companies in the United States, known for selling a variety of personal care items, including hair products.
Additionally, as mentioned prior, Whitney’s husband Justin is the Chief Sales Officer of LiveVantage, which is a confirmed MLM.
Whether Iris + Beau decides to change their business model and become an MLM remains to be seen.
